Feeding Frenzy is a fun little game in which your only purpose is to play the role of a fish that needs to eat as much as possible, in order to grow and escape the threat of bigger predators. Over the course of the missions, your fish gets larger and larger, so that it can eat bigger fish as well. The goal is to survive every challenge and reach a respectable size by the end of the campaign.

Each mission has a couple of thresholds you must reach, because you always start by eating the smallest available fish. As you overcome the required thresholds, bigger prey becomes available, not to mention the fact that you are also taken off their menu. A few other things can be eaten while you are at it, including pearls and starfish. They may not help you grow, but they provide you with additional points.
Collect power-ups and avoid the traps
Every now and again, certain bonuses can be picked up, including speed boosts that allow you to move a lot quicker. Not only that, but your fish has a few special abilities as well, such as the fact that you can dash forward for a second or two, or even suck every fish around you with a simple click. However, paralyzing jellyfish and exploding mines also make an appearance, so you need to pay attention to the environment at all times.

Gameplay
As in Feeding Frenzy, players have to control several fast growing marine predators who are out to uncover a mystery which is lurking in the ocean. The aim of the game is to avoid predators and obstacles while eating other smaller fish and creatures, eventually reaching the top of the food chain. Feeding Frenzy 2 includes 60 new levels which feature scenery such as new underwater worlds, coral reefs, deep sea caves, and sunken ships, as well as above water challenges.
